The CrossBorder Event is organized by BBP Media and Dexport. BBP Media is the publisher of Twinkle magazine.

The program consists of a number of keynote speakers and parallel sessions. This way you can put together your own program. The program will be announced soon.


We strive to have programming completed no later than one month prior to the event. New speakers are continuously added to the speaker page. As soon as there are developments, we will announce them via our program page and on our social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram).

Mereveld has plenty of free parking spaces around the venue.


Mereveld is easily accessible by public transportation. Soon you will find the route here.

This is certainly possible, there are several options. One is Van der Valk Utrecht and the Bastion Hotel Utrecht.

In principle, this is still possible until the morning before the event. The tickets are first come first served, so in case the event is already fully booked you'll be out of luck.

Immediately after your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also send an information e-mail one week before the event. One day before the event we will send your ticket via QR-code by e-mail. You will receive your entry badge at the registration desk.


Within minutes of your registration you should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation from us, we would like to ask you to contact registration at events@bbp.nl or call 0348 - 485088.

No, unfortunately we do not offer a discount to students.

You don't need to bring your registration confirmation printed out. You can also show it on a mobile device upon entry.

In the unlikely event that you cannot attend, please cancel by email before August 13, 2023. We will charge a € 100 (excl. VAT) administration fee for this. After August 13, 2022 it is no longer possible to cancel and we will charge the full amount. If you are unable to attend, you can always have someone else take your place. However, you must notify BBP Media's customer service in writing in advance: events@bbp.nl

Yes, you may. We would like to receive from you the company name, NAW data, e-mail address and position of your deputy. E-mail these to events@bbp.nl stating the name of the event.

Presentations & evaluations

Yes, after the event you will receive an email with a link to the presentations. Not every speaker makes his or her presentation available. We only publish the presentations that have been made available.

Yes, we value your opinion on how you experienced the day, from speakers to location. We use this evaluation to improve the event and the events we will organize in the future.


At our events, photography and filming can be done by the organization. We use these images for a review of the event and to promote future events.

At the bottom of the footer is a large block where you can sign up for the newsletter. This will keep you up to date with the latest news.
